Pre-launch status

Morphonic is in pre-launch. The site exists to describe the product and collect waitlist signups. Sessions are not yet available. We’ll update these terms before the product goes live.

What you can expect from us

• One email when sessions are ready to try.
• Honest updates about what we’re building. No dark patterns.
• Clear unsubscribe on every message we send.

What we ask from you

• Use the site for its intended purpose.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt service.
• Use a real email address if you want to be on the waitlist.

Intellectual property

The Morphonic name, mark, and site content are our property. Feel free to share links to the site. Don’t republish or mirror the content without asking.

No warranty, limited liability

Morphonic is not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to your clinician before starting any new practice. The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Morphonic is incorporated. Any dispute will be handled there.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers before taking effect.
